Terms and Conditions
of Cydo GmbH for D&C Hotel
These English terms are provided for international guests. In case of doubt, the German version of the Terms and Conditions remains legally authoritative.
§1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concerning the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation and all related services provided by Cydo GmbH.

§2 Conclusion of Contract
An accommodation contract is concluded through an online booking via the hotel website or connected booking platforms, or through a booking on site via the self check-in terminal.
By completing the booking process, the guest submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed or access data is issued.
The hotel is operated as an automated hotel. A personal reception on site is not owed.
§3 Services
Cydo GmbH provides the guest with a booked room for the agreed period. Access to the hotel and rooms is provided exclusively through a self check-in system using digital access data or a terminal. There is no entitlement to a specific room unless expressly agreed.
§4 Prices and Payment
The prices stated at the time of booking apply. Payment is made during the booking process using the payment methods offered by the online system or check-in terminal. Without full payment, there is no entitlement to access or use of the room.
§5 No Right of Withdrawal
For accommodation contracts for a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB. Free cancellation is only possible if expressly provided for in the booked rate.
§6 Arrival and Departure
Check-in is carried out exclusively via the self check-in system. Booked access data must be treated confidentially and must not be passed on to third parties. The room must be vacated by the specified check-out time on the day of departure.
§7 Use of the Hotel
The rooms may only be used for accommodation purposes. Guests must use the hotel and its facilities carefully and must avoid disturbances, damage, and over-occupancy.
§8 Liability
The statutory liability provisions apply. Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves, accompanying persons, or visitors.

Information on the processing of personal data is available in the separate Privacy Policy on this website.
§10 Final Provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
